I applied online, went in a few weeks later to set up an interview, and had one scheduled for the next day. I showed up 7 minutes early. The interview was very quick, no more than 10 minutes, then they told me they be calling or emailing about other interviews. Not 5 minutes after I walked out, I received an email saying I was not chosen. For a company that prides itself of being professional, they're method of contact is anything but. They'd rather just send an email and makes someones day worse right then and there than just be upfront. Also I came dressed in their clothing, jeans and a shirt, and am by no means unattractive. So honestly my advise to anyone looking for a first job, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BUCKLE. They claim its a learning and experience gaining environment, that's complete BS, its an entry level job that expects perfection, and won't even bat an eye at you if you're not the exact person they're looking for. WHY ON EARTH would an employee refer you to work somewhere. then that same employee interviews you, and doesn't give you the job, no matter how much you've shopped there, had interest, or anything.
