Applied online, 2 weeks or so later got a call to set up an interview. Went in the store for the face to face interview. Waited a few minutes for the manager and as I browsed around the sales associate was trying to get me to buy stuff. The manager called me and the interview took about 10 minutes, the manager made sure to let me know all her interviews were held on the sales floor because she wanted to monitor the sales floor and be available for the customers and her sales associates. She asked standard questions. After the interview was over, she asked me if I had any questions. I had a couple, but not too many since I already knew how they worked. She told me she would call me within 48 hours or maybe expect an email letting me know what the next step would be. That sounded promising but I knew it didn't feel right when she mentioned the email. As I left the store she asked me if I was going to shop now, I told her if I got the job I would use my discount. They are smart, they still try to turn you into a good sales, you will probably clothes to impress them , trying to show you are committed and want to work there and then boom, two days later, an email saying you were not chosen.

Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!
