Interview
You take an assessment online and receive an email stating whether you qualify. If you qualify then you will received a call from the hiring manager (sometimes they get busy so call after a few days) when they will invite you in for an interview. After you interview the manager will immediately make a decision whether to hire or pass, if you are hired they will call if not you are sent an email.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
