I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Buckle (Montgomery, AL)
Interview
Really simple process. I interviewed with one on one, on the sales floor, the whole thing took about 20 minutes, but prior to talking to the manager they told me to look around the store for about 15 mins. You need to be dressed like you work at Buckle, I wore cute skinny jeans and layers!! These are two things you have to wear when working there. You are standing the whole time so wear comfortable shoes, I wore heels because I'm use to standing in them, also watch your posture as you talk be comfortable but don't slouch. Out of about 5 people interviewed the same morning as I was, I was the only one offered a job. They just want to see that you are comfortable and good at interacting with people, you do work off of commission so you need to be able to talk to anyone and everyone. If you are really shy this is not the job for you.

On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
