I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Lawton, OK) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was ten minutes early for the interview and was made to wait. There were probably five sales associates on the sales floor and was approached by two women. I told the first young lady who I was there to see and she asked me what was there to see her for. I was made to wait so I wandered around the sales floor. I received no apology for waiting past the appointed time and the Interview was conducted on the sales floor. I was asked very basic interview questions and one inappropriate one.

Interview
My interview was very quick — I met a manager in the store and interviewed there. My educational background more than qualified me for the position and I was hired right away.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Columbus, OH)
Interview
It was very direct, asked basic interview questions, however they were very casual and informal. They seemed to focus more on being able to make sales and work on commission rather than be able to focus on the customer and be able to understand and work with them.

Interview
Asked a lot of personal goal questions. Very thorough. They want to see if you are very charismatic and hungry to grow. Make sure to smile and be social. They won't hire you if you are a stick in the mud.
