Super easy interview. Very basic questions. I did not wear anything buckle. I work black slacks and a black shirt and black shoes. (So no, you DONT have to wear their clothes to get the job as that would be very unprofessional and a stupid reason to not hire someone who is qualified) At the end of the interview they told me to come back tomorrow for another interview, which I did. They told me they were going to contact my references and then call me back the next day, which they did. They didn't contact my references, but I did get the job. I told them about how much I love making sales and how it's one of my strong suits, and that's why they hired me over anyone else as everyone else only talked about how they love fashion.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
