I applied online and immediately got an email to call and set up an interview. I was sick and unable to call immediately but I got a call from the store within the next few days. The interview is NOT professional dress. Wear what you would wear if you worked at Buckle (casual, jeans, lots of layers). I showed up to my interview about 10 minutes early and looked around the store. The environment and employees were super laid back. The interview was held on the sales floor, pretty basic interview questions. My only "complaint" is that the manager seemed underprepared. I was getting asked questions off a piece of paper. However, the manager was really nice and I felt very comfortable. I was told I would get a call soon about setting up another interview. A week went by without a call so I went ahead and called. I was able to set up a second interview with the store manager and the district manager. The second interview was pretty similar to the first but with more in-depth and "tell me about a time..." type questions. This interview was also on the sales floor. I got to talk to some of the employees a bit more and everyone seemed very kind and outgoing. I was offered the job after the second interview and immediately accepted.
