Interview
The interview happened on the sales floor after i receives an email and called them to schedule one. Applied online. Very basic interview questions, the lady at first was very nice but she seemed to be unaware of my interview when I approached her. It was hard to tell employees from workers because they wear stuff from the buckle. She seemed disinterested in what I had to say and might has well checked me off for no offer before we even started. Maybe it was my availability or she just didn't like me from the get go? Anyway emailed me a couple days later (she said the max was gonna be 48 hours) no offer.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Buckle (Trussville, AL) in Apr 2012
Interview
I filled out the application online and then the questionnaire, I then received an email saying that I needed to call the store manager to set up a time for an interview. I drove 50 miles for a 30 minute wait and a 5 minute interview. I have read on this website that if you're told after the interview to "check for an email for the next steps in the hiring process" then you're not going to get the job. Well that's exactly what I was told. Why? I have no idea. I answered all questions to the best of my ability and i wore the most expensive outfit that I own from Buckle. Oh Well!
