I interviews a few years ago. The conversation didn't seem rigid or too formal. Questions were articulate and concise about job description and performance expected. They asked me about how I would react to certain scenarios (possible theft, double standards for sales or managers, store policy infringement). Occupation health and safety standards situations and how to deal with certain safety risks.
