Interview
After applying online, I heard back from the Store Manager roughly a week and half after I applied. We talked briefly on the phone and then set-up a time to meet for an in-person interview. Upon arriving at the store, I had the chance to meet the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview was carried out by the Store Manager, and lasted roughly 30 minutes. It included mostly behavioral questions and a few scenario responses. Overall, I felt that the process was very friendly and personal. The Store Manager took the time to truly get to know me, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet the Assistant Manager and other employees in the store.
