I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Robbinsville, NJ) in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview process starts on-line. There are no applications to be filled out in the store. Once you complete resume based questions, you are then asked to pass an assessment test. Once you complete the online process, your information is sent to the store you specified and the store manager and assistant manager review your information and answers. If they feel you are a good fit, they bring you in for an interview. A second interview is not always necessary.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For sales associates, there weren't any too difficult or unexpected questions. If you are interviewing for a promotion, however, the most difficult question asked by your district manager is "How will you establish your new role to your peers?"
Interviewed with the store manager first she liked me so I had to go through two more interviews. One with the district manager and another manager at a different Location.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Tilton, NH)
Interview
I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Vancouver, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
