Interview
Pretty quick process. Applied on their website and the next day was sent an assessment. When completed they called me to a schedule and interview. I was interviewed by the assistant manager because the manager was in break. We just went over my experience, asked if I would be comfortable promoting their credit card. Also asked what I would do in a difficult situation with a customer. After that I was hired and asked how much I was expecting to be paid.
I had one interview in person and it was really quick. The interview was super easy and the manager was really nice. They asked me questions like why do I want this job and a lot of questions regarding customer service. I got the job and I accepted the role.
