I attended a group interview at job fair. Afterwards I was asked to come to a second interview later that week. After that interview I was told that I would have to do a phone interview with the district manager the next day. The phone interview with the district manager went well and within an hour I received a call from the Store Manager informing me that I had got the job!

Interviewed with the store manager first she liked me so I had to go through two more interviews. One with the district manager and another manager at a different Location.

Interview
I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.

15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
