I simply applied on the company website and the next day I checked my email and was sent an assessment test/survey to complete. The next day I went into the store to speak with the store manager and she interviewed me on the spot. Basic questions about my strengths, availability, etc. Then she told me that she’d pick who she wanted to advance to a phone interview with a DM.
