The interview was promising, however they failed to reach back out or even give a response regarding the position. Slightly disappointed because it shows they dont value candidates. Wont be applying in the future
I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Bloomfield, CT)
Interview
It was entirely behavioral, focusing on my past experiences, actions, and problem-solving approaches, exploring how I’ve handled real situations in previous roles, and the interviewers were friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested throughout.
Two rounds of interviews, the first being a phone call with a recruiter and the second being a zoom call / in-person meeting with a manager in the department. Neither were very stressful
it was about 3 rounds, pretty easy, ur typical STAR format interviews, just have stories prepared u should be fine, it was a chill environment, even the recruiter was so nice
