Interview
First round application is online and after the first screening successful candidates are called for an in person interview at the companies headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
On the interview day, candidates will be put in groups between 8-12 and given a group tasks to evaluate team working and problem solving skills. In the same setup, each individuals are asked to give a 3-5 minutes talk on a random topic chosen by the interviewers. After this round is complete, each candidates will be interviewed individually by two interviewers. The interview starts with introduction and questions from candidates resume. The first round of questions between 3-5 questions are about the candidates personal and skills related questions. After few questions, the interviewers will ask about technical questions related to the field and educational background of the interviewee. Most questions after this will be raised based on the answers given by the candidates. Finally, the interviewers will ask if you have any question for them and finish the interview.
