Interview
phone interview a week prior then a brief 15-20 min face to face discussion with two senior members about my job history. no trick questions just a simple question and answer. I was asked a couple troubleshooting questions that was a head scratcher.
Interview process was pretty easy, they called me into an interview after an initial phone consultant. I then meet with the interviewer and potential boss. I was there for close to an hour.
Boring, they asked me a bunch of questions of no technical nature and I couldn't show my skills the way I wanted to. Really. I mean it. Definitely true. For real though.
