Interview
30 minute phone screen, then an onsite 3-person panel interview. Phone screen was awkward - lots of yes and no type questions, which is unusual. Panel interview very well conducted. Interview went well, but no offer. Like lots of other large companies these days, there is no communication if they do not offer you the job, even after traveling for on site interviews. Seems very easy for companies to just click a button and send an auto message.
