Was a very generic interview, no real hard questions on sales figures etc. Asked about motivations, previous success and aspirations. Overall thought it was a decent interview and not too difficult but would have preffered to be grilled more considering I didnt get an offer.

it was an amazing process having met the panel and shared with them my plans as to when i could get the job....i will always be greatfull wheather or not i find the job....a great company indeed

The interview process was fair and based on the merit of your prior work history. It is important to have a solid sales background. make sure you share stories that correlate to the job.
