I had around 3 interviews
1. Interview with HR to undertstand salary and location. this is the first filter.
2. A quick call to get to know the position and m direct boss. this is the first impresion with your boss.
3. A panel with other 4 Managers where you should prepare, with soft and hard skills for the position you are aplying. You will be asked some case questions and what would you do in some situations, also talk about your career and what are your plans in the future. this is the most important intevew.

Screening with recruiter. First panel with directors that would lead the team. Technical third interview. Sparse feedback if any. Team seems unsure of what they want. Ultimately, a large corporation with many steps.
