Very practiced and professional. They use a worksheet based on preparation materials they send you. If you don't answer well they ask a follow up and give you a second chance. Most important is to be specific about what you did yourself not the results of the team you were part of. (If you lead the team you need to describe how.) The entire process is very slow. There are 5 steps and each one is a week or so.
