Interview process is simple, and it comes in two stages. If you direct boss is outside Ghana, then you get interview by a local panel and finally your boss interviews you after you pass the first stage.

It was very professional and thorough. It involved solving some programming questions. It was highly technical. The interviewers were respectful and were clear in their line of questioning. They used STAR format.
