I applied online and received an email 2 months later that I was selected for interview. Recruiting called me the next day to arrange interview. Met with plant manager and he only had 4 formal interview questions. The rest was us discussing the position and he answered any questions I had. It went well and was very calm. I wasn't nervous like I usually am but I hope it went as well as I think it did

There is a phone interview first. If you pass the phone interview then you have an interview in person with the management. This will determine if you are fit for the job.

The interview was a panel interview. Very calm and welcoming. Hr was very professional and friendly as well as the supervision doing the interview. Seems like a great company. They asked plenty of background questions about previous jobs. Curious about math skills also.

It was pretty basic. The three production lines' supervisors interviewed me at once. Asking about my experience, if I get along well with others, telling me what kind of hours they work, etc.
