I went through three rounds of interviewing before receiving an offer. Each round lasted about an hour and each interview was challenging and intense. Most of the questions were penetrating, complex, and definitely out of the box. At the end of each of the three interviews I was asked if I had any questions. I think that the questions I asked them were just as important as all they asked me. It's the final impression you leave them with. Use it well. Be authentic. Be well-versed in the history and development of the organization over time. Care.
