I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Country Club (Brookline, MA) in Jan 2014

Interview

It was easy. I went to the course and talked to a few guys. They asked me about myself and about my future goals. Then they asked me questions about my experience golfing. I heard back pretty fast from them and was accepted to the job soon after. I would do the process again and again. I love being a caddy and I love golf.
