The Customization Group Human Resources interview questions

Consider no diversity if you apply from Asia countries since: - There was no Introductory Interview set up following what they stated on their Interview process. - They only sent over one 60 minutes-long test which was not even reflected my abilities for the specific market they were looking for. - There was neither results of the test outcome nor overall score. One and a half 1,5 months later I receive an automatic reject email, no further explanation. I am totally surprised and disappointed where there was no Global collaboration and diversity in their selection process for our market.
