As I applied from the West Coast (having only recently moved back to California from New York), my process was different from normal- all my interviews were over the phone. I had 4 rounds: 1) phone screen with Nicole, the recruiter, 2) phone interview with a partner (including a case interview), 3) phone interview with a current analyst, 4) phone interview with a consultant (including a case interview). The process moved very quickly, with Nicole contacting me very quickly after I sent in my application, an interview every week, and receiving an offer a month after I first sent in my application. Nicole was really fantastic throughout the candidate process, from keeping me updated on the interview process and setting up follow-ups after I received an offer. Everyone I met and talked to was wonderful and it seems like a great, intelligent group. There was a big focus on fit, as consulting is not for everyone, and they invest a lot in developing people and promoting from within. No red flags throughout the process, I (quite reluctantly) ended up declining the offer, as I had a better offer on the table elsewhere.
