I applied online and was reached out to by HR a few days later, we had a 30 minute interview, then about 5 days later I had another phone interview with 3 CRA managers for about 30 minutes.... I received an email that same day that they would like me to come in for an in person interview (I am currently in the process of scheduling the in person interview in Rockville, MD)
