I received an email from HR about a week after I had submitted my resume. We set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard, he asked about my education, and previous experience and then proceeded to talk about the company. I heard back from HR in less than a week to set up an in person interview. It last about and 1 1/2. First standard HR stuff and then I interviewed with two different projects for 1/2 each. After the interview HR contacted my references, and called me back to set up another in person interview with different people from the same projects as before. I heard back from them in about a week with an offer.

Technical interview with recruiter, then meeting with associate directors. A lot of behavioral questions then a essay and quiz at the end. I heard back the next day with an offer so very quick turnaround :)

Met with two people on site in Rockville MD. Office is a convenient short walk from metro. Had to fill out a questionnaire and a writing test. They were laid back but seemed uninterested. I was emailed the day I applied. Phone interview after a week, in-person after another week.

Applied online and received an email a week later requesting a phone interview. After that, I went to an in-person interview that lasted an hour. First took a simple test that asked to circle all the incorrect / inconsistent info on a fake patient file, then did a writing sample using one of two prompts: what was your favorite course in college, or what made you choose your career path and why?
Afterwards, I spoke with the hiring manager about my experience and the position. She asked a few questions and then offered me the job right then. Was surprised I didn't have to speak with the different project teams like I was told over the phone.
