I was contact by HR after my application was reviewed and had a phone screening. They later contacted me for an in person interview. The interview itself was a panel interview last about 30-45 mins. They asked alot about my resume and what I've accomplished the past. They also wanted to know more about my analysis skillset.

Applied to this position and in just a few quick days, heard back from recruiter to set up an initial discussion about the position. After that discussion, I had a first-round interview with a member of the team, then a week or so later, had a panel interview and two writing assignments, totaling almost two hours! After that, crickets and more crickets. Followed up several times with the recruiter, and heard back only once or twice about how the team was still interviewing candidates (really? After over two months you still need to interview people??) Never heard back from recruiter again. It’s quite frustrating when I took multiple times out of my work day to do interviews, and the company doesn’t even let you know that you did or did not get the job. Very rude and unprofessional, in my opinion. For me, it’s a red flag.
