I applied online and I get email after 4 weeks to set up initial discussion about the background and skills which set up next week, I gave interview on phone.
after 3 days they asked about face to face interview.

Previous experience and why did you choose to apply to this company
You will get ghosted by both the person interviewed and the recruiter. The recruiter would demand the answer right away but he will still ghost you when you need a simple update. The interview itself was not bad. The expectation was clear and the company seems to be going through growing pains. However, not really professional on what they are doing when they are expecting one from you.

Back to Back 1:1 interviews. HR stated one person was out sick and they would reach out to reschedule me. After twice emailing HR & hearing no follow up I am offended they unprofessionally ghosted me.
