A few days after submitting my online application, I received an email from HR about an initial phone interview. The phone interview with HR was brief. I was asked about my current/previous experience and why I was looking to leave my current position, etc. I received an email that same day from HR stating she received very quick feedback from the team and that they’d like to move forward with a video interview and assessments. The video interview was scheduled a couple days later and it consisted of 2 members of the team as well as with HR. The video interview went great! I was super nervous, but they all made me feel comfortable. I was asked about my experiences and etc. It lasted for about 20-30 minutes and then the 2 assessments followed. I received an offer a week later.
