The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The General (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2017

Interview

Applied and within a few days received a phone call asking about setting up a phone interview. A few days later had a phone interview that lasted around 20-30 minutes. Was advised would hear within two weeks if an offer for an in person interview. Heard back within two days and set up an in person interview for one day later. The in person interview lasted a while and went great. I met with two claims managers who were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Following the conclusion of this interview, interviewed with the branch manager immediately after for about 10 minutes to ask and remaining questions. Received an offer for the position three days later from the branch manager.
