The process went on for more than three months. Two technical 1-on-1 phone screens. 1 set of 3 video conferencing interviews. 1 onsite interview with 3 rounds.
Interviewers were pleasant. But, the company has never sponsored for H1-B and they wont for you too. ! If you want one, forget the General !
What I didn't like is after two months in the process the recruiting manager told that I am the only person being interviewed, but, in the end I was told that they are moving forward with an internal candidate SINCE the person will be aware of their internal development tools. Well, why bother wasting someone's time for three months !!!
Fortunately for me, I prepared well for the interviews and so, I got a better offer later !!!
