First applied online, was sent a link to do an assessment that lasted 1.5 hrs. After that I was sent an email asking if I could do a phone interview. Once we agreed on a date, they called me for a 20 min interview. After that was done, I was asked to come for a face to face interview. Had the interview today and was told would take 7 business days to get an answer.

There are other call centers and insurance companies hiring right now. Why did you apply here instead of to the other places?
It was a video call and i talked to the recruiter. Very professional and she went over the the role and responsibilities. This company is great and I’m ready to start the process
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.
