You are taken into a room full of computers with other people. They tell you about the company and jobs avaialable that are similar. You take a test that took around 30-45 minutes. and then you turn in a resume. You then wait to hear back for aone on one interview.

Which position you are applying for? The group of people are not all there for the same post.
It was a video call and i talked to the recruiter. Very professional and she went over the the role and responsibilities. This company is great and I’m ready to start the process
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.
