After an online skills assessment and typical phone screening, I was invited to do a group panel interview via web video. Typical situation-task-action-result interview type questions, but 2/3 of the interviewers seemed as though they weren't exactly present. Almost 6 weeks later did they call with the outcome of the video interview.
