After submitting my application and resume on September 11th, I heard back within a few days from the hiring team. Then was offered a second interview with two managers. The interview process was good overall. I used the STAR method to answer the few carefully curated examples I had of “times when”

What was a time when you had to go over and beyond job expectations.
It was a video call and i talked to the recruiter. Very professional and she went over the the role and responsibilities. This company is great and I’m ready to start the process
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.
