Interviewed twice and was told they “loved me,” only to later hear the role may not actually exist due to unclear enrollment—disorganized and misleading process. Unfortunately, I won’t be available if a position suddenly opens due to therapist burnout, and it’s unreasonable to expect candidates to wait after completing a full interview process for a job that isn’t actually available.
