Within two weeks of applying online, I received a request for a phone screen. The call with the recruiter was great. It felt more like a conversation versus the classic 15 minute rapid-fire phone interview. About two weeks later, I had another phone screen with the hiring manager. While they ultimately decided to go with an internal candidate, everyone was very transparent from the beginning and could not have been more professional. I felt like they valued me as a professional and as a potential candidate.

It was detailed, panel based and very professional. What a great company and a great bunch of people. I would love to work for such a wonderful organization such as this. Perks and benefits are extremely important to me and my family at this point

Phone screen with two people and then brought into office for in person interviews. Phone screen was quite in depth, over an hour long for each and focused heavily on background and problem solving. In person interviews were more about interest in Hershey and what questions I had about the company.
