Interview
The interviewer was polite. However, he neglected to ask typical questions and instead focused on asking specifics of the past company I had worked for so he could calculate ratios and margins. I found that to be a bit odd. It took a week or so to get an email in return.
Seemed to really value company culture - questions were fairly easy although I struggled on the question to differentiate myself from other candidates. Would just prep ahead of time for the common interview questions but add in some of your own personality

One video interview with 2 team member nothing too difficult mainly behaviorals and tailored to your resume. Very chill one of the easiest interviews I had ever had done. Waited about 2 weeks and got the offer
