Interviewing with the Hershey company was an overall very positive experience and resulted in the extension and acceptance of an offer. The STAR system is utilized -- Situation, Task, Action, Result. I felt nearly robotic providing this same information for each of the examples that I chose to discuss. While the questions were challenging, the folks conducting the interview were able to make me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
