I went through four virtual interviews, with the final one being a panel interview. After following up with the team post interviews, I received no response for nearly four weeks. Eventually, I got an automated email stating they wouldn't be moving forward, without even a courtesy phone call or any constructive feedback. As a referral, I expected a more professional and respectful candidate experience, especially from a company of this global stature. This left a very disappointing impression.
