Interview
Applied online after seeing an advert about their job fair in March 2017 which instructed you to complete an online application. Online application required that you completed an assessment, upload CV and Cover Letter or add LinkedIn Profile. Attended the job fair where I completed a short questionnaire. Waited for approximately 10 minutes to be interviewed by a member of the sales associate team. My responses was recorded and then I was given an information leaflet instructioning me to apply to specific positions online. I was told by the interviewer that within 2 weeks from that date of the job fair interview that I will get a response from the company. Also, to note, once you apply online, you are given a candidate reference number.

Pretty simple. I applied, scheduled an interview, completed the interview, and got an offer on the spot. While there they conducted a drug test and background check. The drug test is a mouth swab.

The Manager interviewed me. Ask me why I applied at Home Depot. What I was looking at gaining from working at Home Depot. Why I would be a goo fit. Where I saw myself working (what department). Friendly, answered my questions.
