It took roughly two months to receive my first phone call for an interview. For THD, this is a phone call from it's corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia. It's a generic survey of questions like the ones you would answer on the application. Here they would tell you what position your store was looking to fill. After this interview, roughly a week later I got a call from ASDS (Human Resources) at my store requesting interview. The first interview is scaled by an Assistant Manager, then followed by the Store Manager. Lucky for me, each interview was done within 20 minutes. This seemed like a decent process for such a huge company, and both managers were not intimidating and very open ears.
