I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Feb 2019
Interview
The recruiter was nice, honest and easy to work with. My experience in the process was a joke and waste of time though. After the initial phone screen interview, I was told I would be contacted for the in person interview with the hiring manager. However, that never happened. There were multiple follow ups and a lot of waiting. Finally, I was told they had a candidate already in the process and moved forward with them. I only found that out because of my continuous follow ups. Otherwise, I may still be waiting or probably would have heard nothing.
I was also contacted by another recruiter for a different position via Indeed. I responded and never received a response back which is laughable.
