Apparently Corporate in Atlanta is supposed to call you to do a phone interview. In my case I submitted my application online and had to follow up with the store a month after. They decided to bypass the phone interview and scheduled me for a face to face interview.

The ask you basic explain a time when you helped a angry customer, or when you needed to learn about a product. Pretty much standard questions

Interview
Simple and straight forward. Had to work through several role-play scenarios. If applying for a specific department, will be asked how you contribute to that skillset. The approach was not intimidating whatsoever.
