Question 1
Tell me how you would handle a unsatisfied customer.
It is a 3 step interview process. They do want people with connections to big builders and larger companies. Imagine selling everything they offer as a whole, but for large companies that can offer some discounts on some items. Your job is to cold call and build new customers. Now there is competition within the territory dependent on where you are located. In my city, it's a Large city in Texas to give you an idea, there is 4 representatives. They don't want you to have to many accounts either. As far as company as a whole there are good benefits and they are decently competitive on salary.

Question 1
I declined the offer, this was a 100 percent commission position. I thought the person interviewing me, was giving answering concerning pay and the number of leads that may not be fact. Also, they do not pay for mileage and I would estimate this position requires 2,000 miles per month on your personal car. Sales area covers more than a fifty mile radius.
Researching the position on this site and others, they have considerable turnover and problems retaining help in this position.
