Interview
They called me on the phone for a phone screening. There were about 5 questions. The person on the phone seemed like they were tired and had heard a lot of the same answers.
It seemed quite organized and professional. They had some questions and then I had some and we went back and forth a few times. Not that difficult but something you need to be focused on.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Short. Basic questions. Felt more like a standardized questionnaire. But much real interest in what I was interviewing for. They mentioned they prefer to hire within. I feel the offer was moderate and intention was to pull better qualified people, pay less and better positions are only offered from within.
