Interview
You apply online, receive a call from a call center in which they conduct the first interview with three questions. The second interview is conducted in the store they select you for (when you apply the call center could select you for another store that is close to your home as well). I was asked to come one more time and conduct an interview with the store manager. After I was done with the store manager I waited another 3 days and started the orientation.

when dealing with a customer tell me what is the process of customer service/satisfaction you would use from the moment you met the customer to the moment the customer is leaving the store.
The interview process was good. The people were nice, asked your typical questions. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? What is your past experience (related to the job).

Great process very thorough on the expectations and simple customer service based questions. Hired on the spot. Great training and thorough communication with fellow associates and supervisors. Good benefits for part time and full time associates.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
